Download and complete the panel application, found below. Submit completed application and corresponding attachments, certificate of good standing, malpractice insurance binder, and a completed W9 to the ACP office directly or by email at: Application@ocbaacp.org
Please Note: Panel attorneys are not employed by the Assigned Counsel Program but rather are independent contractors of the Assigned Counsel Program.
Nuts and Bolts Training
All new panel applicants must participate in a Nuts and Bolts training. Out of concern for everyone’s safety the next Nuts and Bolts training session will be conducted virtually: Monday, March 15 – Thursday, March 25. Please email email@example.com for more information.
