Download and complete the panel application, found below. Submit completed application and corresponding attachments, certificate of good standing, malpractice insurance binder, and a completed W9 to the ACP office directly or by email at:


Please Note: Panel attorneys are not employed by the Assigned Counsel Program but rather are independent contractors of the Assigned Counsel Program.



Nuts and Bolts Training

All new panel applicants must participate in a Nuts and Bolts training. The most recent Nuts and Bolts training session was held virtually, Monday, March 15 – Thursday, March 25. The upcoming Nuts and Bolts training session will be in the fall, dates TBD.  Please email for more information.
