Download and complete the panel application, found below. Submit completed application and corresponding attachments, certificate of good standing, malpractice insurance binder, and a completed W9 to the ACP office directly or by email at:


Please Note: Panel attorneys are not employed by the Assigned Counsel Program but rather are independent contractors of the Assigned Counsel Program.



Nuts and Bolts Training

All new criminal panel applicants must participate in a Nuts and Bolts training.  The Spring Nuts and Bolts Training session is being held Monday, February 27th through Thursday, March 9th. Please email for more information.
