Two day program covers many aspects of cross examination practice. Areas explored are how to work through prosecution and judicial attempts to limit cross examination, developing effective cross examination tools, building blocks of an effective cross examination, and how to litigate Rosario issues. Both hearing and trial issues will be addressed.
