If you have criminal law experience and are on an assigned counsel Felony Qualified Panel or conflict defender list and would like to be on a list of qualified attorneys for assignments in cases originating in the Youth Parts, please fill out this application and send it back to the AFC program, as soon as possible. It is available as a fillable form on the Forms page of the AFC page on the Appellate Division, Fourth Department website at www.nycourts.gov/courts/ad4 or CLICK HERE FOR THE APPLICATION.
After your application is accepted you will need to watch training videos, which you will receive CLE credit for viewing, to become designated to the AJD panel. These videos are available on the Fourth Department’s website.
