How to Apply to Become a Panel Attorney:
Submit completed application and corresponding attachments to the ACP office directly or by email at: Application@ocbaacp.org
Please include the following:
- Resume
- Certificate of good standing
- Malpractice insurance binder
- A completed W9
Please Note: Panel attorneys are not employed by the Assigned Counsel Program but rather are independent contractors of the Assigned Counsel Program.
Nuts and Bolts Training
All new criminal panel applicants must participate in a Nuts and Bolts training. The 2025 Spring Nuts and Bolts Session will be held March 13th and March 14th, 2025 for CLE credit. In addition, if you are joining the Panel, we will hold an In-House training, March 18th, 2025. Please email LFiorenza@ocbaacp.org for more information.
